Phase 1 (April 21 – 24) focuses on the first two kosha layers – the physical body and body of prana/breath. You will be introduced to diverse traditions of Yoga Nidra practises for deep restoration, quality sleep, relaxation of muscular tension, and recognising and resting in awareness. We will also explore creating a saṅkalpa - the use of intention in light meditative sleep.
Phase 2 (May 19-22) Inner healing and expanded awareness. Phase 2 focuses on Mind and the powerful inner resources we all have to transform disruptive mental and emotional energy templates into wisdom and understanding. Phase 3: (June 24-25) Subtle mind and energy body practices for deepening relaxation while expanding and preserving awareness during meditation, daily life and transformational sleep. In this last phase, you will also learn to develop Yoga Nidra scripts and templates for yourself and to guide varying audiences.
